Phil Skalecki

Phil Skalecki was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He became interested in art as early as elementary school a lot like his cousin, Jerry Thomas. Artistic ability has always seemed to run in their family.

Phil became interested in tattooing as an adult because of some friends of his that were also interested in art that eventually became tattoo artists. At that time he realized this was something he wanted to learn. He has been tattooing steady for about 4-5 years and also loves to create custom paintings when he can find the time. He does amazing traditional artwork and has such a unique and clean style. Phil looks up to all tattoo artists since every artist each has a unique individual style and something can always be learned from another artist just as some learn things from Phil.

He also still maintains another full time job here in Vegas as a glazier which he has been doing for approximately 14 years. He and his wife, Lisa Burton Skalecki of 15 years now, met in high school and have been togeher ever since. Phil and his wife, Lisa, have three children; Amber, Alyson, and Russell. When Phil is not tattooing or working at his other full time job as a glazier, his main hobbies are sleeping or spending time with his family. Phil's main goal in life is to retire anywhere but in Las Vegas since he has been in Vegas since he was born.
